We support individuals transitioning from incarceration or treatment by helping them rebuild structure, mindset, and daily routines while navigating employment readiness, housing stability, and community reintegration.

Faith-Informed Discipleship & Mentorship
Faith-based mentorship is offered as a supportive, voluntary component that encourages responsibility, purpose, and positive decision-making alongside recovery and reentry goals.
