"THE MINOR ADJUSTMENTS WORKBOOK CURRICULUM”

How many mistakes and successes have you experienced in life? Have past mistakes ever hindered your progress? Are you interested in discovering your purpose and gaining a greater appreciation for life? If so, we invite you to continue reading.

We all make mistakes throughout our lives—some big and some small. However, the focus should not be on the number or severity of those mistakes. True growth begins when we shift our perspective and learn how to move forward without allowing our past to define our future.

After spending more than 22 years in prisons, jails, and rehabilitation facilities while struggling with addiction, I discovered a transformative process that allowed me to rebuild my life and stand in a completely different place today. Along the way, I gained valuable life lessons, developed a faith I never thought possible, and built inner strength and confidence that continue to guide my recovery and personal growth.

The Minor Adjustments Workbook presents practical tools and strategies that have helped me—and many others—create meaningful and lasting change. This curriculum is designed to help individuals reflect, grow, and apply simple principles that lead to healthier thinking, stronger decision-making, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Through this workbook, participants will explore:

  • How to overcome the weight of past experiences and move forward with clarity

  • Foundational principles that support long-term growth and stability

  • Building endurance, resilience, and emotional strength

  • Simple daily adjustments that lead to meaningful life changes

  • The importance of humility, accountability, and personal responsibility

  • Practical exercises and homework assignments that reinforce learning and application

  • And much more

You do not have to erase your past or deny the mistakes you have made. Instead, this workbook teaches how to understand, process, and use those experiences as a foundation for growth and positive change. This is where transformation begins.

Now is the opportunity to engage with the Minor Adjustments Workbook and begin a journey of self-discovery, renewal, and purpose.
